Bill Miles, Managing Director

Bill, based in Norwich, Vermont, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Boston University School of Law. He began his career as a lawyer for the Boston firm Mitz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC, before launching a series of for-profit, technology businesses based in Palo Alto, CA. Upon moving to Vermont in 2004, Bill began working with Grassroot Soccer, a non-profit that uses the power of soccer in the fight against HIV/AIDS around the world.

Bill is responsible for the day to day execution of US Soccer Connect.

Bill is a licensed player’s agent pursuant to the US Soccer Federation and FIFA regulations.

Ethan Zohn, Director of Media and Communication, Player Representative

Originally from Lexington, MA, Ethan graduated from Vassar College in upstate New York, going on to play professional soccer for Highlanders FC (Zimbabwe), Cape Cod Crusaders (Massachusetts, USA) and Hawaii Tsunami (Hawaii, USA). Ethan also played for the 1997 and 2001 U.S. Maccabiah squads.

Off the field, from 1998 to 2002, Ethan was the Assistant Coach for the Fairleigh Dickinson University Men's and Women's soccer teams. In 2004 he was Head Coach of the U.S. Maccabiah team at the Pan-American Maccabiah Games, in Santiago, Chile.

In 2001, Ethan won the Reality TV Show Survivor: Africa and used his fame and winning from that show to co-found Grassroot Soccer. Since his Survivor win, Ethan Zohn has not only made a name for himself as an entertainment and broadcast personality and ambassador for the sport of soccer, but wielded his celebrity and influence in tireless dedication to the variety of causes that matter to him.

Ethan is responsible for working with players, coaches and leagues on their marketing and communication strategies particularly as they related to their philanthropic efforts.

Khaled El-Ahmad, Player Representative

Khaled grew up in Uppsala, Sweden and holds a Swedish and YYYY passport. Khaled left Sweden August 2000 to play soccer for University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After completing his degree, Khaled moved on and played for Sigma Olomouc. Sustaining a serious knee injury Khaled switched gears and joined the coaching staff of Marquette University. There he traveled extensively to watch, recruit and train soccer players both in the US and abroad. While at Marquette, Khaled started EC Miracles, a non-profit that raise money for charities doing good work around the globe using soccer.

Khaled is focused on the management and representation of soccer professionals.
